Marriage is ending and wife wants to buy me out of marital home for less than half the true value

My wife wants to end our marriage. I am moving out as cannot afford matrimonial home alone. The house is to be sold. She now has intimated that she wishes to buy me out but at a lower figure than agreed 50/50 split (no children involved). She has also said if I don't agree to this she will pursue claim for 50% of my pension. She is 46, me 57. She earns more than I and has her own private pension scheme.

From what you say your wife is suggesting she should receive more than 50% of the equity in the former matrimonial home and also half your pension without any regard being taken for her pension provision or the disparity in income. Although it is impossible to give comprehensive financial advice without being in receipt of all the facts in your particular circumstances on the face of it this would seem unreasonable and you should certainly seek detailed advice before agreeing to any financial settlement.
