Husband has moved ex-girlfriend into spare bedroom: can I ask her to leave?

My husband has moved ex-girlfriend into our spare bedroom. She is claiming a hard-luck story of being thrown out by her partner which he seems to have fallen for. She makes a play for him all the time which makes me sick. We have only been married for less than a year. What rights do I have? Can I ask her to leave?

Yes ask her to leave now, if she refuses to go and your husband fails to support you then practically there is little you can do while she remains in your home at your husband's invitation.

No doubt you will question your husbands loyalty if he does not support you and consider the future of your marriage, although until you have been married for a year you cannot commence divorce proceedings, you can however consider other options available and you should seek detailed legal advice.
